This is a full-time, in-office position for candidates based in the Dublin area, with an expectation of being onsite two days a week at the Dublin Hub. The role reports directly to the Workplace Experience Manager in Burnaby, Canada, and is central to turning the WX team's local operations into a cohesive, globally governed program.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and advance the Health & Safety compliance posture across EMEA offices and globally, including fire safety, emergency preparedness and regulatory requirements, and monitor legislative changes.
  • Lead the standardization of workplace systems, vendor management, security protocols and visitor management, and roll out operational playbooks for local Office Managers.
  • Act as the primary escalation point during EMEA business hours, handling emergency decisions and representing WX leadership when the Senior Manager is unavailable.
  • Partner with IT and Security to unify badge access, visitor protocols and vendor vetting standards.
  • Manage relationships with global and regional vendors, track program budgets, identify savings and analyze data to improve operations.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations or workplace/facilities management in a global, multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning Health & Safety programs across multiple jurisdictions, including UK and EU frameworks.
  • Strong project management fundamentals and ability to run multiple workstreams at once.
  • Experience managing or integrating vendor, security or facilities systems across several locations.
  • Nice to have: previous experience in a tech, startup or high-growth company, familiarity with access control or visitor management tools, exposure to workplace safety programs, and First Aid and Food Safety certifications.

Required skills

  • Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Confluence and ticketing or expense tools.
  • Nice to have: experience with Confluence and Asana.

What we offer

  • Expected salary range of EUR 66,500 to EUR 89,900, depending on region, experience and skillset.
  • Competitive salary with health benefits and dental coverage.
  • Pension contribution and flexible time off policy.
  • Hybrid work with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
  • Clio anniversary recognition program.
