Zoho Implementation Specialist

About the role

CBOSIT Technologies is seeking a Zoho Implementation Specialist to join its Business Consulting team. You will act as the bridge between client business needs and Zoho’s suite of applications, delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client workflows, identify improvement opportunities and design tailored Zoho solutions.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle – design, develop, test, deploy and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Deliver training, clear communication and ongoing advisory services to maximise client adoption.
• Create custom workflows, reports and automations using Zoho Creator, Deluge scripts and JavaScript.
• Collaborate in an agile, Scrum‑based environment to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience implementing Zoho applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to re‑engineer business processes.
• Problem‑solving orientation and a proactive, agile learning attitude.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Creator.
• Deluge scripting and JavaScript.
• Data migration, integrations and API handling.
• Flow‑charting tools such as Miro, Draw.io or LucidChart.
