Account Executive – French Market

About the role

Altra is looking for a proactive Account Executive to lead its expansion into French‑speaking markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing social‑care technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of French‑language prospects through cold outreach, networking, events and inbound leads.
• Define target segments, ideal customer profiles and messaging, then create a repeatable playbook for the market.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: qualification, negotiation, contract signing and post‑sale hand‑over.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers in care organisations.
• Provide market feedback to product and operations teams, track performance metrics and continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch.
• Full‑cycle sales experience, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in the social‑care or health‑tech sector.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research and outreach.
