About the role

Docusign is seeking a French‑speaking Account Executive to own and grow relationships with small‑ and medium‑business (SMB) customers. You will combine relationship management with revenue expansion, driving adoption of the Docusign Agreement Cloud across existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage programmatically with existing Docusign clients to uncover new use cases and incremental revenue.
  • Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology, assessing client fit and success criteria.
  • Position Docusign’s value proposition as a comprehensive business solution linked to client challenges.
  • Expand the solution beyond initial implementation, upselling additional products, services, and partner solutions.
  • Process sales orders, facilitate onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, product, and marketing teams.
  • Enlist customers for participation in Docusign and partner events.
  • Provide accurate reports and forecasts for management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date account information and leads in the CRM system.
  • Act as internal advocate and escalation point to ensure customer loyalty.

Required profile

  • Proven success in a SaaS technology sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth within assigned accounts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven setting.
  • Strong relationship‑building and revenue‑expansion mindset.
  • Individual contributor who reports to the SMB Manager.
