Account Executive – UK & Ireland SaaS Sales

About the role

KotaKota is building the first fully integrated benefits platform, combining insurance and retirement services in a single online hub. As an Account Executive you will drive new business across the UK and Ireland, targeting both SMB and mid‑market organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities, expanding our footprint in the UK & Ireland market.
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound outreach and lead sourcing.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate new features and benefits to HR decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, negotiate deals and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Track all sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over and process adherence.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute to the evolution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound SaaS Account Executive experience or sales experience in health insurance/pension.
• At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Experience working in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Excellent prioritisation and a results‑focused, “whatever it takes” attitude.
