Account Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organisation in the fleet and mobility sector to find an Account Manager for their commercial team in Sandyford, Dublin. You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of corporate clients, driving retention, growth and delivering high‑value solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts.
• Drive customer retention, profitability and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
• Lead customer review meetings and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage tender processes and support commercial proposals.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management or consultative B2B sales.
• Proven ability to manage commercial targets and customer portfolios.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in leasing, financial services, fleet, automotive or related industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of tender processes and proposal writing is desirable.
• Full clean driving licence.
