Account Strategist – French & English (Google Customer Solutions)

About the role

As an Account Strategist within Google Customer Solutions, you will partner with a diverse portfolio of medium‑to‑large businesses to design and execute advertising strategies that drive growth. Fluency in both French and English enables you to manage client relationships across the region and deliver Google’s latest advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ambitious quarterly revenue and product‑growth targets.
• Own a portfolio of businesses, understand their growth drivers, identify opportunities, manage risks and develop multi‑quarter plans.
• Proactively pitch and consult with customers to shape annual digital‑marketing budgets and strategies.
• Deliver an outstanding sales experience that meets customers’ business and marketing objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with end‑customers and agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media or marketing.
• Fluent communication in English and French.
• Proven ability to manage digital advertising campaigns, especially performance‑marketing focused.
• Experience assessing client success, handling objections and promoting solutions.
• Track record of over‑achieving quotas in a media‑sales or advertising context.
