Account Strategist – Mid-Market Sales (English & Hebrew)

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for an Account Strategist to serve mid‑market advertisers in Israel. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping clients leverage Google’s advertising products to grow their businesses while speaking fluently in both English and Hebrew.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth targets.
• Own a portfolio of medium‑ and large‑size businesses, understand their growth drivers, and build multi‑quarter plans.
• Proactively pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital‑marketing discussions and budgets.
• Drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding sales experience and meeting marketing objectives.
• Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships with end customers or agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, or digital marketing.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proven ability to assess client success, handle objections, and execute competitive selling.
• Track record of owning a portfolio, consistently over‑achieving quotas, and using storytelling to engage clients.
