Accounting Manager – Corporate Finance (Cash Investment)

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the cash investment and captive insurance accounting function within Corporate Finance. Based in Drogheda, Ireland, you will ensure accurate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes and provide insightful cash flow analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive the month, quarter and year‑end accounting close for cash investment and captive insurance.
• Review cash flow statements, prepare forecasts and analyse actuals versus forecast.
• Partner with field teams to ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
• Oversee monthly GL postings, balance‑sheet reconciliations and narrative analysis for cash‑investment accounts.
• Review the Company’s 10‑K and 10‑Q disclosures related to investments and fair‑value measurements.
• Collaborate on strategic cash planning, investment initiatives and advise on accounting treatment.
• Work with global teams on interest income and cash‑flow forecasting to deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare supplemental reports and documentation for internal/external auditors and the Tax Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA, Chartered Accountant or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate finance experience in a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and complex financial analysis.
• Proven analytical capability to structure quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Ability to assess and maintain control environments to safeguard assets.
