About the role
We are looking for an Indirect Tax Specialist to join our global tax and finance team in Cork. Working closely with senior tax leadership and cross‑functional partners, you will own key project workstreams that support regulatory change, system enhancements, and international stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assigned project workstreams, manage deliverables and ensure milestones are met for global indirect tax initiatives.
- Analyse the impact of new indirect tax legislation on business processes and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with regional tax teams and external advisors to gather data, coordinate activities and streamline processes.
- Prepare project updates, process documentation and executive summaries for regional and global stakeholders.
- Identify efficiency gains across indirect tax touchpoints and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a tax, finance or business transformation role.
- Working knowledge of indirect taxes such as VAT, GST or Sales & Use Tax.
- Experience with finance projects, process improvement or tax technology/system implementations is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated accountability, proactive communication and interest in international tax projects.
