About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support K2 Data Centres’ Dublin operations by handling office administration, HR assistance, facilities coordination and event management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage training plans for the Operations team, schedule sessions, record outcomes in Easy Generator and Success Factors, and handle toolbox talks and nomination forms.
- Organise company events such as Christmas and summer parties, coordinating venues, catering, accommodation, transport and entertainment, and explore CSR initiatives.
- Manage visitor services, including ordering refreshments for meeting rooms and greeting guests professionally.
- Act as the point of contact for site inductions, maintain induction records in Easy Generator and ensure data retention compliance.
- Oversee ordering and replenishment of uniforms and personal protective equipment, manage approval forms and stock levels.
- Provide primary HR support for queries, collaborate with Group HR on onboarding and off‑boarding, maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and mentor new staff to foster a positive team environment.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of Irish employment legislation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maturity.
