About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to join the Advisory team of a boutique accounting and advisory firm in Cork. The role involves providing strategic advice on complex transactions and business‑critical decisions, helping clients across various industries achieve growth and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and senior leadership, offering strategic guidance on transactions and transformation.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the firm’s advisory service offering.

Required profile

• Strong professional background in accounting or corporate finance.
• Significant experience in advisory or consulting roles, preferably with exposure to M&A and business transformation.
• Commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior decision‑makers.
