Aftersales Booking Advisor – Premium Automotive Service

About the role

The Aftersales Booking Advisor will be the first point of contact for Mercedes‑Benz owners seeking service or repair appointments at our new flagship dealership in Dublin 11. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure a seamless, premium experience by matching customer needs with workshop capacity and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to schedule service or repair work.
• Gather detailed information about vehicle symptoms and required work.
• Check workshop availability using the booking system and allocate appointments.
• Liaise with service advisers to confirm job details and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records in the Keyloop DMS and update customers on status.
• Support the Service Manager in monitoring workload and service targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Positive, enthusiastic “can‑do” mindset and flexibility in work approach.

Required skills

• Experience using the Keyloop DMS or similar dealership management system.
• Proficient PC skills and quick learning of new software.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
