About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager who is fluent in French to lead a high‑performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers across multiple European markets. The role focuses on onboarding agency partners onto Pinterest, guiding them to create successful campaigns for their clients, and driving overall revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agency Account & Partner Managers.
• Drive agency acquisition, activation, and revenue growth on the Pinterest platform.
• Create scalable onboarding and enablement programs for agency partners.
• Identify process improvements and new growth opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate closely with agencies to ensure long‑term success.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales or business‑development teams.
• Strong understanding of the digital‑marketing and agency landscape.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using CRM and reporting tools.
