AI Analysis & Performance Analyst

About the role

As an AI Analysis & Performance Analyst in TikTok’s Performance & Insights Customer Support team, you will drive data‑driven insights that shape AI automation and operational efficiency across the platform. You will work with global stakeholders—including strategy, operations, engineering and R&D—to develop analytics that improve both user and agent experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical regression, machine learning and hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to evaluate AI‑powered customer support automation.
• Develop KPI monitoring frameworks, indexes and dashboards for continuous performance tracking.
• Perform predictive modeling to support revenue forecasts, budgeting, risk assessment and incident management.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify root causes, patterns and correlations affecting product and business performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams to influence strategy and drive implementation of AI solutions.
• Document test designs, assumptions, success metrics and conclusions for cross‑functional consumption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work independently and in fast‑paced team environments.
• Experience handling ambiguous problems and translating findings into clear business recommendations.
• Proficiency in statistical methods, experimental design and data quality management.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex analyses to non‑technical stakeholders.
