AI Business Partner – French Speaker

About the role

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Mid‑Market AI Business Partner who is fluent in French to engage senior leaders across FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 organisations. The role focuses on early‑stage, consultative conversations about AI transformation, data strategy and business value, helping shape account strategies from the outset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive‑level discovery conversations with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Prospect, map and qualify mid‑market accounts through targeted outreach.
• Build and shape account strategies across complex organisations.
• Conduct deep discovery to uncover business challenges and AI opportunities.
• Partner with Account Directors on planning and qualified handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI, SaaS and market trends to support client conversations.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B tech sales, business development or related fields (AI/SaaS preferred).
• Strong track record in account planning and development.
• Confidence engaging senior executives and delivering structured storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with strong discovery and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Strong curiosity about AI and its business applications.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
