AI Content Reviewer - French

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) AI Content Reviewer to support a global IT services provider’s project for a leading scientific research organization. The role involves reviewing and verifying content, using generative AI tools and Excel, while ensuring compliance with quality and data security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify content according to company policies and quality standards.
• Support users by reviewing, summarising, and processing their requests.
• Conduct research and make outbound calls to businesses when required.
• Utilise MS Excel and generative AI tools to facilitate content operations.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while adhering to data‑security requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to process updates in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with generative AI tools, including prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work rotating 7‑day shifts.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
