AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Security Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy large‑language‑model (LLM) based security tools. You will work closely with researchers and product teams to turn cutting‑edge AI research into production‑ready features that protect and optimise AI‑powered systems.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, fine‑tune, and evaluate LLMs, intelligent agents, and deep‑learning models for automated red‑teaming, vulnerability detection, and adversarial attack simulation.
• Implement AI/LLM‑powered components as secure, scalable services within the company’s security platform.
• Optimize models for inference speed, cost‑efficiency, and resource utilisation in production environments.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines covering data preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Monitor model performance in production, addressing safety, alignment, and security concerns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research breakthroughs into customer‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience developing, training, and deploying AI/LLM models.
• Strong understanding of LLM security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PyTorch.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow.
• Experience using Hugging Face Transformers or similar LLM libraries.
