AI‑Native Full‑Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Userpilot is looking for an AI‑native full‑stack engineer to build and operate features across its React dashboard, JavaScript SDK, and real‑time Elixir/Phoenix backend. You will work on AI‑driven product capabilities while ensuring performance, reliability, and safety in both frontend and backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end features from React/TypeScript UI to Elixir/Phoenix services and data pipelines.
• Build and iterate AI‑powered product features such as LLM‑driven personalization and streaming experiences.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics for bundle size, Core Web Vitals, and backend throughput.
• Develop and maintain real‑time infrastructure including WebSocket connections, Kafka consumers, ClickHouse buffers, and RabbitMQ integrations.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate specs and mockups into production‑ready code.
