Analog Design Manager – Lead ASIC Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Analog Design Manager to lead the Analog and Mixed‑Signal ASIC design team in Cork. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership of high‑performing engineers, driving complete chip development from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Analog and Mixed‑Signal design engineers.
• Manage end‑to‑end ASIC development projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality.
• Define technical road‑maps and oversee tape‑out and silicon validation activities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and executive stakeholders to shape future semiconductor solutions.
• Allocate resources, monitor project progress and drive best‑practice design methodologies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in analog and mixed‑signal ASIC design.
• Proven engineering leadership in a semiconductor environment.
• Strong understanding of the full ASIC development lifecycle and production delivery.
• Experience with silicon bring‑up and characterisation is desirable.
