Analyst, Data Operations

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is expanding its Data Strategy and Operations organization within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The Analyst, Data Operations will join the Master Data Operations team and support the delivery of trusted data that enables product launch and supply to customers across multiple global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Govern and maintain the Master Data Operations Framework to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Implement intelligent automation, workflow enhancements, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Collaborate with third‑party suppliers and internal stakeholders to support end‑to‑end supply‑chain data needs.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Contribute to the design and execution of data‑driven initiatives that improve timeliness and accuracy of supply‑chain information.

Required profile

• Experience in master data management or related data‑operations roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work across functional teams and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a regulated environment.
