Apple Service Technician

About the role

Join Select’s Service Centre in Dublin as an Apple Service Technician. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing repairs on iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and other Apple devices, delivering a premium service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ingest service items and manage the repair workflow using Apple’s service portal and XML tools.
• Update customers on repair status via phone and email, managing expectations throughout the process.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose faults, and perform physical repairs on Apple devices.
• Order replacement parts and accessories through GSX or the service portal, fit parts, and conduct quality checks.
• Generate quotes and invoices, maintain inventory, and promote Select’s service offerings.
• Stay current with Apple and Select training programmes and uphold Apple metric scores.
