Architects & Architectural Technologists – Healthcare Projects

About the role

Kevin Jackson Architects is expanding its healthcare design team and is looking for experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to lead and develop major healthcare projects from concept to completion. You will work alongside a dynamic group of professionals delivering high‑quality architecture and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate design input across architecture, engineering and specialist consultants.
• Develop planning, tender and construction documentation.
• Chair project meetings, prepare reports and conduct site inspections.
• Administer contracts and ensure delivery complies with Public Works Contracts and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Architects (RIAI Registered) or Architectural Technologists (CIAT Registered) with 7–12 years of professional experience.
• Strong design, technical and project‑management capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering built projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Public Works Contracts.
