Area Manager – South West Ireland (Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious retail leader to manage a portfolio of stores across South West Ireland. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store managers to achieve their full potential.
• Achieve regional sales and KPI targets consistently.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, stock control and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Identify commercial opportunities to increase footfall and sales.
• Build strong supplier relationships to maximise product availability and profitability.
• Collaborate with fellow Area Managers and senior leadership to meet broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Area, Multi‑Site or Cluster Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Excellent commercial awareness and operational expertise.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and influence teams.
