Area Sales Manager – Southern Ireland

About the role

Join a globally recognised prestige beauty business as an Area Sales & Education Manager, leading a high‑performing retail team across Southern Ireland. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, building strong retailer partnerships, and developing talent within the field team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers and retail professionals across Southern Ireland.
• Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance across multiple retail locations, including Boots, Brown Thomas and Marks & Spencer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, buyers and store management teams.
• Deliver commercial strategies that increase traffic, conversion and brand performance.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide hands‑on coaching, performance support and ensure brand execution standards.
• Support education and training initiatives within stores, combining leadership with hands‑on development.
• Monitor merchandising, operational standards and use sales insights to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑site retail teams.
• Strong people leadership with a track record of improving team performance.
• Commercially minded with experience managing significant sales targets and budgets.
• Skilled in account management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence retail partners, store leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail environments is advantageous.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
