Asset Management & Funds Lawyer (Associate Solicitor)

About the role

Join a leading international law firm’s Funds & Investment Management team in Dublin as an Associate Solicitor. You will work with a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients, advising on a wide range of asset classes and Irish fund structures.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate transaction and fund documentation for investment banks, managers and private equity firms.
• Structure, establish and support the operation of Irish fund products across various investment strategies.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on Irish funds matters and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the firm’s client base.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a medium to large commercial law firm.
• Strong background in investment funds, asset management and Irish fund structures.
• Excellent commercial awareness and academic record.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in Irish fund legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced negotiation and drafting abilities.
