Associate Counsel – Real Estate & Infrastructure Transactions

About the role

This Associate Counsel position supports the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, you will provide legal guidance on commercial and corporate matters while helping shape the company’s market development strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership and operational teams in structuring and executing cross‑border transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including ground lease aggregation, renewable energy, and telecom infrastructure deals.
• Manage portfolio risk by ensuring compliance with multi‑jurisdictional legal requirements.
• Coordinate with external counsel and multidisciplinary internal teams (legal, operations, pricing, management).
• Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the development of scalable legal frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in a law firm, in‑house, or mixed environment.
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state and authorized to work in the EU.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Fluent English with proficiency in an additional European language highly valued.
