Associate & Senior Associate Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer (Ireland)

About the role

We are partnering with leading Irish law firms in Dublin to recruit Associate and Senior Associate lawyers for their Energy & Infrastructure practices. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team that advises on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland and abroad, covering renewables, utilities, PPPs and large‑scale developments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewables, utilities, PPPs and development work.
• Draft and negotiate project finance and structured finance documentation.
• Support infrastructure M&A, joint ventures, investments and construction contracts.
• Deliver regulatory and advisory services across the energy sector.
• Work across asset classes such as offshore/onshore wind, solar, interconnectors, battery storage, hydrogen and major infrastructure developments.

Required profile

• 1–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as an associate or senior associate.
• Background in banking/finance, corporate/M&A or construction law.
• Demonstrated interest or exposure to energy, infrastructure or project work.
• Strong technical ability, commercial mindset and ambition to specialise in the sector.
