Audit Senior – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Senior to join EY’s Assurance practice in Dublin. The role involves delivering high‑quality audit engagements for large PLC and multinational clients across the Industrial, Commercial and Technology sectors. You will work both on‑site at client locations and from our office, collaborating with senior managers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for complex, high‑profile clients, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Plan, execute and review audit procedures, supervising junior staff and coordinating with client finance teams.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain audit documentation and quality standards in line with EY methodologies.
• Contribute to business development activities and thought leadership within the Assurance line.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA(SA) or equivalent).
• Minimum 3.5 years of assurance experience, preferably with large PLC or multinational clients.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining for work permit and visa processing.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
