Aviation Finance Lawyer

About the role

A&L Goodbody LLP is recruiting an Aviation Finance Lawyer for its Aviation Finance Team, one of the largest in Ireland and part of the firm's banking department. The team advises banks, airlines, leasing companies, manufacturers, export credit agencies, funds, arrangers and lenders on domestic and cross-border transportation and asset finance, including securitisations of aircraft lease portfolios and the establishment of aircraft leasing and joint venture companies in Ireland.

Required profile

• Relevant experience within the finance group of a large or medium corporate law firm
• Good experience acting on behalf of banks and borrowers, with a proven ability to manage transactions and work well in a team
• Strong academic background
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a good eye for detail
• Track record of excellence in client service and strong commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
