Bilingual French Care Advisor (Customer Support)

About the role

The Care Advisor provides first‑line support to Allianz Partners' global clients, brokers and medical providers in both English and French. You will handle inquiries about coverage, claims, hospitalisation and complaints while ensuring a high‑quality, timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries on cover, claims, hospitalisation and complaints via phone and email.
• Maintain a 24‑hour turnaround for written communication and achieve a call abandon rate below 2%.
• Coordinate with the in‑house medical team on hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations and other urgent cases.
• Manage a daily workload of assigned cases and ad‑hoc tasks, ensuring accurate follow‑up.
• Develop deep product knowledge to deliver precise information to clients.
• Utilise AI‑driven tools, data analytics and cloud platforms while adhering to data governance and security standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑focused, administrative or call‑centre environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns.
• Valid EU work permit for full‑time employment.
• Fluency in English and French.
