French Speaking Customer Representative (Remote) – Paid Relocation to Greece

About the role

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Representative to work remotely while enjoying a paid relocation to Greece. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking clients, delivering assistance through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Use internal systems to diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable working remotely.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with the support of a paid relocation package.
