About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Breakfast Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team and deliver high‑quality breakfast dishes to our guests. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast items while maintaining strict food safety standards and working closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all breakfast dishes to order, ensuring they meet the established quality standards.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, complying with HACCP regulations.
- Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, checking stock, and assisting with ordering duties as required.
- Ensure timely service of breakfast items during service periods.
- Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working order after service.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
