Builder (End-to-End Owner) – Remote/Hybrid

About the role

EXANTE is seeking a hands‑on Builder (End‑to‑End Owner) to design, develop, and operate internal tools that automate manual processes and improve sales and onboarding outcomes. This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Strategy and Execution and offers full ownership from discovery to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned problems end‑to‑end: discover needs, write specs, build solutions with AI coding agents, test, deploy, and operate in production.
• Design and ship internal front‑end, back‑end, and data applications on the CC platform.
• Define requirements, form hypotheses, validate with users, and turn ambiguous requests into concrete, testable specifications.
• Drive personal delivery cadence, track progress with metrics, provide quantified status updates, and analyse outcomes to decide next steps.
• Maintain production discipline with staged rollouts, testing, rollback plans, and thorough documentation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping end‑to‑end software using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor, agentic dev) with a portfolio of personal projects.
• Strong product and ownership instinct: able to turn vague problems into validated specs and own outcomes.
• Full‑stack capability to guide AI tools, read and iterate on front‑end (React) and back‑end (Python/SQL) code, deploy, and debug.
• Analytical rigour: works from live data, quantifies results, and pursues root‑cause analysis.
• Self‑directed delivery, clear written communication, and calm stakeholder management under pressure.
