Building Restoration Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Building Restoration Expert to join Dypeo’s team of craftsmen dedicated to preserving historic structures. The role offers flexible working hours and the chance to contribute to a variety of restoration projects that revive the architectural heritage of important buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the condition of historic façades, brickwork and exterior walls and develop restoration plans.
• Perform hands‑on restoration work, including brick replacement, mortar repair, cleaning and repointing.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building restoration, preferably on historic projects.
• Strong knowledge of traditional construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to work safely on site and follow preservation guidelines.
