Business Development Manager – HR & Health & Safety Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join a fast‑growing team that sells innovative HR and Health & Safety software across Ireland. You will work from our Dublin City Centre office, engaging directly with business owners to showcase how our solutions can streamline their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through outbound prospecting and qualified leads.
• Deliver online product demonstrations using video‑conferencing tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers.
• Negotiate and close B2B sales contracts, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of closing deals.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated by targets and uncapped commission structures.
• Resilient, organised and commercially aware.

Required skills

• Experience using video‑conferencing platforms for remote demonstrations.
