Business Development Representative – Fast‑track Career in Dublin

About the role

As a Business Developer at Access, you will leverage your customer‑service and sales experience to build relationships with corporate clients, generate new business and create placement opportunities for both candidates and hiring companies. The role is based in Dublin City Centre and offers a clear pathway to rapid promotion within a fast‑growing recruitment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client organisations in need of recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, delivering tailored solutions to win contracts.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment consultants to match candidates with client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while reporting progress to management.
• Represent Access at industry events and networking meetings to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (e.g., car‑rental sales, retail, customer service).
• Ambitious, target‑driven and motivated to build a long‑term career.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
