Business Development Representative – French Speaker (Agency Partnerships)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to help independent agencies across Europe unlock growth on Pinterest. In this high‑impact position you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and play a key part in expanding Pinterest’s advertising footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑potential independent agencies in key European markets using data, research and market insights.
• Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline of new business opportunities, both short‑term and long‑term.
• Prospect, qualify and engage agencies through tailored outreach, leading negotiations and closing high‑value partnerships.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand agency and client challenges and craft value‑based proposals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to leverage internal insights, trends and case studies for compelling pitches.
• Monitor competitive landscape, surface gaps and inform acquisition strategies with market intelligence.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in sales, business development or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising and agency ecosystem.
• Confident communicator comfortable with senior client‑facing environments.
• Fluency in French and English, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, Congism, Lusha or similar.
