Business Development Representative (German Bilingual) – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, German‑bilingual professional to join our global team as a Business Development Representative. This junior‑level, remote position focuses on building interest and awareness of our premium offering within the German‑speaking market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a friendly product and service advocate, generating genuine interest.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls and send emails to new prospects and existing accounts.
• Build and nurture client relationships via telephone and email.
• Articulate simple product and business value propositions quickly.
• Deliver easy‑to‑understand online demonstrations of services and technical information.
• Prepare and deliver standard proposals and presentations as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of one year experience in sales, customer‑facing, retail, or hospitality roles (training provided).
• Basic exposure to SMB account management.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑pace environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident telephone presence.
• Fast learner with the ability to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred).
