About the role
RemotePass is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the UK and Ireland. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision‑makers, and lay the groundwork for the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Research target markets and build a reliable pipeline of leads.
- Maintain a high‑volume outbound cadence of personalized cold calls in the prospect’s native language.
- Use a consultative discovery approach to uncover hiring and compliance pain points.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in RemotePass services.
- Navigate objections with empathy and reframe challenges into partnership opportunities.
- Support leads by crafting tailored messages and securing introductory meetings.
- Coordinate appointments and demos for account executives or sales managers.
- Record all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Meet daily outreach targets and monthly pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Professional or native fluency in English.
- Proven experience working in the UKI markets.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
