Business Development Specialist – Salesforce Implementation Partner

About the role

Join a high‑impact, customer‑obsessed CRO team to grow strategic accounts and generate new revenue across Ireland and the wider EMEA region. This Business Development Specialist role focuses on relationship‑led selling within a Salesforce consulting partner environment, guiding opportunities from discovery through to commercial closure.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a defined portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships and maintaining a cadence of value‑led engagement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for consulting and Salesforce‑related services.
• Lead commercial conversations through discovery, qualification, stakeholder alignment and next‑step management.
• Progress opportunities to late stage and collaborate with technical and solution teams on scope validation, proposal development and deal execution.
• Represent the business confidently in client‑facing settings, including occasional on‑site meetings across Ireland and EMEA.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in Salesforce.
• Drive land‑and‑expand growth by spotting follow‑on opportunities and building multi‑threaded relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience working for a consulting partner that implements Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of consulting‑led sales cycles, opportunity qualification and shaping services engagements.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones, especially with US teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
