Business Finder – Luxury Travel & Private Aviation

About the role

Sanka, a specialist in luxury travel experiences and private flight brokerage, is looking for experienced Business Finders to expand its elite client base. You will work independently, leveraging your network to uncover high‑value opportunities in private aviation, yachting and premium travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential clients, partners, or transactions within the luxury travel sector.
• Present qualified leads to Sanka Investments & Acquisitions for evaluation and follow‑up.
• Maintain regular, good‑faith communication with the company regarding lead status.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection, privacy and other applicable regulations while sourcing leads.

Required profile

• No specific academic qualification required; the role is intended to complement your current occupation.
• Strong, well‑connected network in luxury travel, private aviation or yachting.
• Ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities.
• Fluency in English, Italian or French.

Required skills

What we offer

• Performance‑based commission ranging from 30% to 50% of revenue per closed deal.
• Maximum commission up to €500,000 for high‑revenue contracts.
