Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

MBRYONICS is a leader in free‑space optical communications, developing photonic integrated circuits, advanced optical systems and embedded software for satellite networks. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will support the delivery of critical components for the company’s mission to build the Internet in space, working closely with the Strategic Bid team, PMO, Finance, Operations and R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, collate and analyse data from sales, planning, finance, operations and R&D systems.
• Produce reports, visualisations and dashboards for the Head of PMO and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to standardise data identification, integration and aggregation.
• Create and maintain a centralised BI database for reporting purposes.
• Assist in automating data collection, integration and aggregation processes.
• Communicate findings verbally, in written reports and via visual dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Maintain the PMO repository of project standards, forecasts and change records.
• Innovate data‑collection and reporting methods together with project managers and product owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in database management and analysing data from project, resource and financial systems.
• Ability to present complex data clearly for decision‑making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work across multiple departments.
• Analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Technical curiosity to understand complex optical and satellite concepts.
