Care Support Worker – Full‑time Permanent (2×39h)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Care Support Workers to join our team in County Mayo. This permanent, full‑time position involves providing personalised support to adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities, both in residential settings and within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities in line with their personal care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity and rights while fostering respectful relationships.
• Work a rotating roster covering days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Required profile

• Holding or progressing towards a QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification, or a QQI Level 6 Social Care/Nursing qualification.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities; candidates without formal qualifications may be considered if they commit to completing QQI Level 5 within 18 months.
• Full manual driving licence (or in process) and willingness to drive for work.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and availability for a 24/7 roster.
