About the role
Join the Conrad Dublin team as a Casual Conferences and Events Assistant, supporting the delivery of memorable guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment. Working on a flexible, casual contract, you will help set up meeting rooms, manage event breaks, and assist the service team during conferences and other events.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange meeting rooms and event spaces according to client specifications.
- Monitor and replenish break stations, ensuring guests have refreshments throughout events.
- Collaborate with the catering and service teams to deliver seamless event service.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize experiences in line with a luxury mindset.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in all event areas.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a luxury property or high‑end hospitality setting.
- Motivated to create memorable experiences for every guest.
- Strong luxury mindset – anticipates guest needs and personalises service.
- Team‑player who is collaborative, flexible, fun and dynamic.
- Ambitious, passionate and eager to contribute to a high‑performing team.
