Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Payments & FX

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will lead commercial execution, payments capability and strategic change across Moneycorp Technologies Ltd’s franchise. This hands‑on executive role combines commercial ownership, operational problem‑solving and transformation delivery to support both short‑term performance and long‑term positioning in payments and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern corporate sales and pipeline management, driving disciplined execution and conversion across Dublin, Madrid and Paris.
• Lead monthly commercial performance reviews and act as senior escalation point for complex client, pricing and delivery issues.
• Serve as senior business lead for SEPA Instant readiness, ensuring payments requirements are embedded in commercial propositions, client experience design and operational processes.
• Provide practical payments expertise – instant payments, flow monitoring, exception handling and settlement considerations – to daily decision‑making.
• Own technology and operational transformation initiatives, translating regulatory and technology change into executable business actions.
• Support the COO with day‑to‑day senior operational matters and collaborate with cross‑functional leadership teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in payments, foreign exchange or fintech environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑country teams and drive change at an executive level.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and operational transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
