Civil Site Agent – South East Region

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Site Agent to join our expanding team on high‑profile infrastructure projects across the South East Region. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate construction delivery, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the engineering team on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and maintain setting‑out and dimensional control throughout the construction phase.
• Regularly verify setting‑out points, benchmarks and calibrate surveying instruments.
• Carry out as‑built surveys and record completed works.
• Manage Health, Safety & Environment matters within your area of responsibility.
• Assist in quality‑record systems, testing, workmanship and material verification.
• Offer engineering support to resolve technical queries and problems.
• Complete daily diary entries and photographic evidence as required.
• Support basic planning, monitoring and programming activities.
• Control and minimise waste on site.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil engineering or construction site management.
• Strong knowledge of site management, safety regulations and surveying practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Full driving licence.
