Clinical Pharmacist – Homecare (Full-time, Dublin)

About the role
TCP Homecare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its licensed pharmacy in Clondalkin, Dublin 12. The role is desk‑based, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or on‑call duties, offering an excellent work‑life balance and full training for new graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Work within the pharmacy team to meet patients' medication needs in the homecare setting.
- Clinically screen all prescriptions for appropriateness and safety.
- Liaise with hospital prescribers and other healthcare professionals.
- Rotate through checking the fridge and dispensary in the afternoons.
- Support patients receiving rare, orphan, oncology, immunology, haemophilia, and IV therapies.
- Maintain high quality standards in line with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
Required profile
- Registered pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (mandatory).
- Hard‑working, positive, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills in English.
- Good administration abilities and willingness to learn.
