Clinical Solutions Lead – Ireland

About the role

Open Medical is seeking a qualified medical doctor to serve as the Clinical Solutions Lead for Ireland. Working from home with regular travel to clinical sites nationwide and occasional visits to the London headquarters, you will bridge clinical expertise and commercial growth for the Pathpoint platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical input to the Irish go‑to‑market strategy and influence product development and market‑access decisions.
• Partner with the Head of Strategic Growth to win new business, delivering clinically grounded product demonstrations and supporting bid responses.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in acute and specialist settings across the HSE.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, hospital executives and industry partners; represent Open Medical at national and international conferences.
• Offer clinical insight for account retention, upsell opportunities and on‑site engagement with existing clients.

Required profile

• Qualified medical doctor with hands‑on experience in HSE care pathways.
• Deep understanding of clinical care pathways in acute and specialist environments.
• Ability to translate clinical expertise into commercial value propositions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clinical, executive and digital‑health audiences.
