Coach Driver – Airside Operations (Dublin Airport)

About the role

Join Sky Handling Partner as a Coach Driver operating on the airside of Dublin Airport. You will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between the terminal and aircraft, ensuring a high level of service in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks and ensure coaches are safe and ready for service.
• Transport passengers efficiently between aircraft and terminal while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Check vehicles before and after trips for lost belongings and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coach interior and exterior.
• Communicate delays, issues, or updates promptly to supervisors.
• Adhere to uniform, high‑visibility gear, and safety standards.
• Support the wider team with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Valid, unrestricted Category D licence.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Successful completion of a 5‑year security background check and Garda vetting.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexibility for rostered shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance in line with company grooming and uniform standards.

Required skills

• Full‑time permanent contract with a six‑month probation period.
• Competitive hourly rate of €17.53‑€17.70, with overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.
